Pinkard Youth Institute
Pinkard Youth Institute is a nonprofit organization dedicated to educating and providing viable opportunities for your youth. We strive to make a change in the community and inspire youth in the Greater Los Angeles Counties (Greater Los Angeles–Long Beach–Anaheim), Ventura County, and Santa Barbara County— “Educating and developing future leaders”.
A Heart For Youth
"A Heart for Youth" is the Pinkard Youth Institute (PYI) annual fundraiser in February to raise funds for the three major programs sponsored and/or supported by PYI: African American Enrichment Academy at CSUCI, Summer Internship Program and Black College Tour to Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs). This year, we will be touring: Alcorn State University, Jackson State, Mississippi Valley, Tougaloo College, Philander Smith University, Arkansas Baptist, Shorter College, University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff, +more
